While we have not used the Yakima EXO SwingBase # Y34VR on your 2022 Kia Carnival we have used it on a 2020 Honda Odyssey(see video below), so I see no reason you will not be able to use this on your Kia. We do not carry the metal grids for the bottom of your sink bowls. I found them difficult to get debris sprayed out from underneath and when you pull them out to clean the bottoms you might get a surprise. What I personally use it the Camco # CAM43517 Sink Kit which includes a sink mat if you like that.
